I elected to set up the site anew and tweak it myself rather than being held hostage for $37 by HostGator to provide the service that was supposed to be “included” when I signed on with them for 3 years worth of hosting.

I’ve had nothing but success and good support from HostGator for my clients that I provide web page developement for in the past.  I’m glad that if something crazy was going to happen, that it happened to me and not one of my clients.

So, for anyone reading this post, please check back with me on my current recommendation for hosting with HostGator before you actually do it.
